Login problem in ubuntu site

hello
i have just created an account in ubuntu.org
it logs me on alright but when i go in for shipit(ordering a cd) then i am not able to log on .............. can anyone tell me what is the prob????????????????????????????

Do you mean UbuntuLinux.org? I hope so :-P. Well, first off, when you browse from UbuntuLinux.org to the link they provide you with for shipit CD's. It logs you out. Why? Perhaps its out of good moral reasons...

that direct link also not serves my purpose....
when u scroll down it asks for email and password and token and when i enter email and password and click enter it shows that

The username and password combination you've entered is invalid. Please try again.

If do not know your password and would like to have a new password sent to your email address

if u go on forgot password link then it shows the email id can not be found on the database

sorry for the language
but i am trying for about 6 hours creating new accounts and all that to get logged on and order myself a cd.............................and no body else is facing my problem..... afterall can they block my single computer from ordering???????????????????????

The shipit site uses a different login to the main Ubuntu authentication. You need to create a new account here (http://shipit.ubuntulinux.org/user.cgi?action=new). Hope this helps!
