I am using wubi-7.04-final-minefield1.exe

I have downloaded kubuntu-7.04-alternate-i386.iso MD5:5C19803A2A34996E68BE96A279371B5D

Wubi refuses to use this, and goes off to download ubuntu 7.04, which I do not want. I have put them into the same folder, and their names are as said in the guide. It still downloads ubuntu instead!

Provide me the exact filesize of this iso (in bytes), doublecheck the md5 and it will be in the trusted iso list tomorow.

check wubi-7.04-minefield2, it SHOULD work with both kubuntu and xubuntu; just place the proper iso in the folder with the installer (alternate iso, i386)

For my part, I try to install xubuntu 7.04 and wubi dont find the iso file even if they are in the same folder.

My iso file information (torrent downloaded from the official xubuntu website) :

Name: xubuntu-7.04-desktop-i386.iso
Size: 592 488 448 bytes
Hash: E624F7BF2E437FD5954840BE3E04DFFD89AB99DB

EDIT: It's ok, I didn't see that it was the ALTERNATE version.
