so I was trying to burn a DVD and I got an error..

"seek, sync, ATIP or mechanical positioning error" when burning with Roxio Easy Media Creator 7. I have an LG Super-multi burner (model GSA-H22N). I have burned 3 DVDs right before this and they worked but the one right before those 3 also did this. I am working out of a brand new DVD+RW spindle. Are these just bad discs?

anyone? I am trying to burn the same disc on my SATA burner to see if it does it there

the SATA drive burned it.. maybe the LG drive finished burning the others but they were bad burns?? This is frustrating as Lite-On and LG have no firmware for these models on their site. I canoot burn any faster than 4X with either drive and it is rather annoying
