I wouldn't count on it. Most of the cheaper Dell printers are host-based meaning they do their data processing in software which is why you'll notice modern Windows drivers are upwards of 10 MB some times. I don't think Dell would start writing kernel modules or additional software so their cheaper printers work under Linux initially. They may, however, decide down the line (if the Linux PC's sell well) that it might be a good idea to bundle a working printer with the desktops they sell but I wouldn't pin your hopes on them writing drivers for their existing unsupported range ever.
