wubi with vista & xp triple boot system

would wubi work on a system that currently is a triple boot into vista (40gb sata) xp(250gb sata) xp for games (200gb sata).

the vista boot menu controls the boot sequence to access both vista and the 2 xp's (via the legacy option)
as you can see all OS's occupy a different hdd.

It should be fine, I don't have Vista but I believe that it chainloads into ntldr which in turns can be used by wubi.

I had Wubi installed on triple boot with Vista (2x) and XP, it works fine.
On the first menu you choose XP (windows legacy) not Ubuntu, and
on the second you choose Ubuntu.
