After several false starts we are finally testing what looks to be the release candidates.
The images are in their usual location under: http://cdimage.ubuntu.com (please use rsync if you can)

Update: 20070415 CDs and 20070416 DVDs are now the current RC candidates.
Update 2: Kubuntu images have been rebuilt (CD and DVD) and are now 20070417.
These images are RC, in the true sense, in that they are being considered for Final Release as-is. See details here (https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/ubuntu-devel-announce/2007-April/000281.html).
