Soundcard/speakers??

Hey everyone, I bought Logitech x-530 speakers for my PC and just put a ChainTech 7.1PCI Soundcard into my computer... My problem is that I cant seem to get my center speaker and my surround speakers to work? Im sure I have everything plugged in right, my 2 mains and subwoofer works fine and sounds great, its almost like its still on 2.1 soundcard. After I installed the card I set it to read the new card and I know it did because the sound quality is much better. Any idea's? The link to the card is at the bottom, whats that wire for? do i need that hooked in someplace?

Now I have something messed up, I have absoloutly no sound at all anymore, what did i do? when i go to command like and type 'killall esd' it says 'esd: no process killed' and when i type esd it says '/dev/dsp: Device or resource busy' . Is there some way to restart the whole sound thing? I just want my sound back, thanks a ton!
