Anyone know of a good place to buy a replacement battery for a 3rd generation ipod? Or if not, anyone know which battery I should be buying? There seems to be some different options..

This one (http://www.mymemory.co.uk/memory/Apple/iPod/Battery/-/Uniross/3G) has 620mAh whereas this one (http://www.cqout.com/item.asp?id=2464977) has 850 mAh. Presumably the higher the better?

Thanks.

The higher the milliamp/hours (mAh), the more capacity it has and the longer it (typically) lasts. I forget where I ordered mine a year or so ago, otherwise I'd recommend somewhere. As far as taking it apart, these steps are for a fourth-gen (http://saturn49.blogspot.com/2006/03/how-to-take-apart-4th-gen-ipod-with.html), but the steps are the same.
