What's up with Shafetech?

Anybody know what is going on with Shafetech? Their website is "under construction" and everything in the store is out of stock. I tried calling, but all I got was a recording. Hopefully this isn't what I'm thinking...we can't lose an Ubuntu OEM...:-(

I regret to inform everyone that we may be closing our doors soon. This is because our venture capitalist has revoked funding after Dell announced consumer-level computers with preinstalled Linux. We may be able to continue with our current financial situation, but the amount of restructuring required is almost infeasible. An official announcement will be posted on our website on Friday.
