I was browsing the Google video archive today and came across something that applies to all of us, especially the ones working hard on the Ubuntu project. This video I found is labeled How Open Source Projects Survive Poisonous People.

It is a Google made video meant to boost your morale in dealing with open source project creation. I hope that the Moderators and Admins don't punish me by crushing because this, I feel, can make a community better than it already is. It has inspired me in dealing with my career as a Tech Support rep for the ISP I am employed with. I hope that sharing this will encourage the Ubuntu team and developer of other software projects.

Hmm... it's an hour long. I'll download it now and watch it later, but it seems quite interesting.

If you search for "Google Tech Talk" in Google Videos you'll find a good number of these--they have some great stuff.

My vote for the most interesting one is "Human Computation"

Nice, can you link it by chance. That one sounds interesting. Sounds like a one hour math struggle.
