Is there some open source code out there for a profile website?

Does anyone know of any code or where I could get some open source code for a profile website? (Im not accually starting another, god knows we don't need another one of them) I just need some functionality that they have. Thank you so much,

A website that you could log into and see other peoples profile. It just needs to be basic. You have things like a blog, comments, and a place to post your pictures.

You could drupal, but this might be overkill for you. There are lots of bulletin board type sites you could use as well.
