marks the third anniversary of my quitting the cigarettes after eighteen years.

I didn`t really remember it however I ran 5 flights of stairs this afternoon with nary a puff and it dawned on me the change in my health.

Kinda like quitting Microsoft. :)

Congratulations - it's definitely a feat. My mother recently quit smoking after having smoked for nearly 30 years, and she still has cravings on occassion.

30 years - long time. It almost becomes a best friend in a way.

Yup - although it`s replaced by a cancer causing mobile that follows me around wherever I go.

congrats! my grandmother died of lung cancer :( I would never touch a cigarette even if someone paid me.
