Flashing my BIOS on my Asus MB-- help

I know how to flash my BIOS but Asus site is unresponsive often. When I go to the download BIOS page if I click on the USA link to download it times out. The global link however works fine. Should I just download from the Global link or will it be in a different language or something?

Thanks. I am unsure and do not want a BIOS in a language I do not understand

Just go ahead and get it from the global site. As long as you make sure that it is for your exact motherboard, it will work. I had to do that a couple of times in the past for my A7V8X. The USA site sucks for some reason.
