Hi,

I have installed the Ubuntu deskcop CD on a X86 desktop computer.
It was the ubuntu-6.10-desktop-i386.iso iso image.

I have connected a braille terminal to one of the two USB ports of the computer.

The ORCA software is installed and brltty seems to be present.

The brailel terminal is seen in the device list.

what I have to setup to make ORCA speeak, or (preferred forme) output on the braille terminal.

the braille terminal is a BAUM Supervario 80 which can be connected either throgh an USB or a Serial port.
The SP_VARIO can be configured with the following protocoles:
- HT (Handy tech)
- PB1 (Power Braille 1)
- PB2 (Power Braille 2)
- BAUM (the native protocole).

What I have to do to make this work under Ubuntu?

Thanks in advance

Regards
