Suppose a newbie has just installed linux on his computer...
He doesnt know how to tweak themes... or configure his desktop...
And chances are he will probably stick to theme that came out-of-the-box...

In such a scenario...
Which linux comes packaged with the best theme out-of-the-box and will be most attractive for any newbie?

My vote goes for UBUNTU and second would be Fedora Core...

UBUNTU has this great combination of the Human theme and Gnome Desktop...
With the icons pretty neat... and the desktop being totally clean... and the panels neatly arranged... just right!!!
Also the GDM login screen is great...

Dreamlinux
Sam linux
PclinuxOS

I think sam has spent a lot of time on the looks, from grub to desktop, it looks sharp.

I dunno, some feel the brown theme is ugly... I know I am not overly big on it (with respects though)
I personally think Sabayon is wonderful looking out of the box, its got a very good friendlyness about it
Another good one that I like peronally is dreamlinux, its mac-ish yes but tolerable.

I do have to say that the KDE theme for PClinuxOS is the best out of the box theme that I have seen. But then again, Ubuntu will not change to KDE anytime soon until it becomes a bit more easy to manage.
