Removing Eclipse 3.2.1 files

I recently upgraded to Eclipse 3.2.2 but when I manage my configuration the 3.2.1 modules are still there, just disabled. Is there a way I can remove these and just keep my 3.2.2 modules?

How did you upgrade to Eclipse 3.2.2?

I think you can delete them from plugins/ in Eclipse's installation directory.
