The South Jersey Meeting for the LoCo Team will be Saturday, March 24th, at 3:00 PM. The location will be Coffee Works

Coffee Works
White Horse Road and Berlin Road
Voorhees, NJ 08043
http://maps.google.com/maps?daddr=Berlin+Rd+%26+White+Horse+Rd,+Voorhees+ Township,+NJ+08043
Coffee Works is in Lion's Head Plaza. It's in the same location as the Ritz and a Friendly's, and is in the same strip as Tunes.
Coffee Works has, well, coffee, snacks, power, wireless, and is rather empty during the afternoon. Since this is the first meeting, it will probably be an informal meet-and-greet, as well as preliminary discussion.

Cheers, and hope to see you there

NOTE: The address and google map has changed. The original led to the middle of nowhere.

Hi Ubuntu S.W. Users,
I'm Ron. I live in PA, but work in NJ unloading tractor trailers. I'm out on NJ workman's comp. due to broken finger. I'd like to find out more about Ubuntu. Yes, I'm a novice on this OS, but I use to work for the US Army R&D ctr. Picatinny Arsenal. I have a brain. I'm tired of getting ripped off by Microsoft, time for a change. If I have to go back to my engineering programming days at college, so be it (NCSU). Unloading trucks isn't (shouldn't) be rocket science, but, I need to do some techie stuff to keep my head in the real world. God, I need a different job!!

If anyone in south jersey would like to get together and chat about linux, for any reason, official meeting or no, head on down to Woodbury and I'll keep the coffee shop open late.

I guess I'm a day late and a buck short too. I live right across the pike from Lion's Plaza.

Anyway, those wishing to "hook up", so to speak, can e-mail me: ubuntu at 3rods.com

And FYI, there is a Cherry Hill Linux Users Group (CHLUG) that meets in the Cherry Hill Library should any of you be interested. The next meeting is this Friday, Apr 4th from 7PM-9PM.

I've never been, but I might swing by this one if I have free time.

I'm just hoping I don't walk in to a room full of pocket protectors, shirts with the top button clasped and taped glasses... :p
I don't think that will be the case, but this is what I see in my mind's eye.

Either way, if any of you make it, maybe we'll catch a drink after.

Oh god, I'm scared... hold me.

I don't know if I'm that type of geek... dunno, I'll flip a coin.

Ha I'm just kidding. Everyone is quite normal, if you can belive it. Some of us even have wives / girlfriends! Woah!
