Is it possible with edubuntu to exchange online an existing document (student report) by several persons(teachers) who can all modify online , at a different moment , in a different order this student report, and with different information ?

Openoffice.org's "track changes", or Google Docs and Spreadsheets have collaborative features.

I'm sure there are some plugins for openoffice that are more specific to this too..
