New versions of FF and Thunderbird - when?

When will be the new version of Mozilla Thunderbird released? I see only 1.5 on the website?

2.0 is in the works (the second beta is the most recent release I think). There are a heck of a lot more Firefox users than Thunderbird, so the update isn't as rushed. It's going to be a while before 2.0 is released.. http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/thunderbird/releases/2.0b2.html <-- go here for the beta

on 23 January the 2.0b2 version of Thunderbird was released, but I guess it's only available for windows
