Allen Winter from the KDE Release Team has posted a message with a draft KDE 4.0 release schedule. According to this, the predicted release date will be 23rd October.

We'd better get KDE4 in Feisty +2. and a Beta version in Feisty +1 :p sounds like you have your work cut out.

haha, but, seriously; what are your expectations for when we'll be able to get our hands on KDE4?

not sure. depends how well it holds to the schedule.
I'd guess definetly by feisty+2. Not sure on feisty+1 - the feature freeze is pretty early, at june 1...we'll see. Will probably talk about it lots in spain.

I suspect you would have more luck seeing it in Sabayon first.
