press the Edit button beneath your post, then select Advanced beneath your post. underneath the text area where your post appears, you will see 'Manage Attachments'. upload the photo that way.
NOTE: convert it from png to jpg because that will reduce the size(in kb or MB) of the image.

Eh, I'm not that fond of it. I've seen the cigarette "loading screen" idea done a lot before, but honestly this just looks like you took a screen shot of a loading bar and added some text.

I hate how on OSX instead of telling you exactly how much time you have left until something is done downloading/uploading it says "About 10 seconds" instead of just saying "8 seconds".
