What are you calling Gnome Vista? Show us a screenshot. It's probably a theme you can get from gnome-look.org

Download and install Beryl, that is if your system will support the application, and use the Aero-Glass theme in Emerald.

Choose a grassy background from gnome-look.org and sit back and amaze your friends.
