Check out the Documentation Wiki: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KentuckyTeam/Documentation
It needs a LOT of work, but I think you can see where I was trying to go with this. I imagined a place where we can send people to get some info about Ubuntu, but more specifically what our Team does with Ubuntu. Things like, what apps we recommend, how to configure those apps, WiFi setups, and on and on. Also, to put out there anything that might help new users migrate to Linux.
I found this nice doc about Windows-to-Linux Roadmap authored by a guy at IBM. Although not Ubuntu-specific, I felt it had a LOT of good information for the Windows user wanting to give Linux a shot. Check it out: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KentuckyTeam/Documentation/Windows-to-Linux%20Roadmap
