View Full Version : Where are the latest daily builds?

Can someone please explain why there are no daily builds since 0305 ? Is some major repackaging under way?

In addition, /current is empty in cdubuntu (see e.g. http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/cdimage/daily-live/current/) - is that normal?

I am anxious because the fix for a nasty partitioner bug is finally under way (see http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=336907 ) which I think should be tested by everybody when incorporated in the daily isos.

Take a look again. It is not empty ;)

Maybe they were rebuilding the images :D

Anyway, you don't need to go to cdimage.ubuntu.com/cdimage. It's enough with cdimage.ubuntu.com :D

Thanks pochu, it seems I must learn to wait for the isos to come fresh out of the oven :-)

Regarding the link, you are correct. It's the one I still use to download the isos with cwrsync, and the one I have as a bookmark, so it never crossed my mind it could be simpler than that. Thanks again.

No problem ;)

For whatever reason, rsync likes the URL with the "cdimage" repeated twice. I couldn't get it to go from the URL that only has one "cdimage" in the line.

Out of curiosity, would the Feisty Fawn Beta just be somewhere in the daily builds, or is it to be a separate thing?

Thanks, Jerry

Hi Jerry

It will be in the releases/ directory.

But we are intended to test the beta candidates ;) and they will be in the daily directories (as usual).
