I'm requesting a forum for the Maryland Loco team. The following should answer your questions.

1. I just put up our team on the locoteamlist wiki page.
2. The subdomain should be either maryland.ubuntuforums.org or md.ubuntuforums.org depending on your standards preferences.
3. MarylandTeam
4. Just me for now as moderator.
5. Unless the wiki has been altered, I'm the contact according to the Wiki page.
