Not what is the best OS for software but technically speaking which OS do you think is technically superior in terms of how it's code is written? (I know often Linux is deemded an operating system but since Linux is the kernel mean specific distros) I am asking this overall not just for Linux OSes. There could be an OS that's code is written excellently but isn't popular enough to get mainstream support.
