hello,
iīve got a problem with wmctrl. when i rum "wmctrl -l" in a shell, then it shows only one or two windows though more windows are opened, eg: firefox, pypanel, three xterms and gaim are opened, but wmctlr only shows pypanel and firefox.
when i run "xlsclients -l" all opened windows are displayed. when i use the id shown by wmctrl (that works only for firefox) to manipulate the window, then it works. but when i use an id shown by xlsclients, wmctrl doesnīt seem to know this id and does nothing.
iīm using openbox on an amd64 machine. perhaps itīs a fault of wmctrl with 64bit machines. i donīt know.
perhaps anyone has some hints.
