Why is a bible study application installed by default in Feisty?

"BibleTime is a Bible Study application for KDE 3.x and provides a simple to use but powerful user interface. Major improvements have been made to the search capability, and old leftover code that caused problems has been removed. The current version is 1.6.2."

I dont think it is installed by default?
Just has been updated.

As also in the list is things like IceWM, an alternate window manager which very probably is not installed by default.

It's a wonder other religions haven't forked SwordProject software to study their own religious texts.
