This has been a _long_ time coming (since 2004 or 5 IITC)...hopefully the end of all this wireless madness is near. Thanks for posting this.

Users of Fedora and Ubuntu maybe don’t have to wait until the new stack is officially integrated since the development trees of these distributions already have the new subsystem integrated.

Does this mean that it is already in Feisty herd 5, or will be?

If not, any problems I should expect when using this new kernel in Feisty?

This sounds exciting, even though I am not sure exactly what this entails.
