I've found a few Firefox themes that I deem fun.
They're not necessarily pretty or slick-looking, but they are joyous and bubbly and make my web browsing experience more fun.
These are:
Red Cats Green Flavor (https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/104/)
Tinseltown (https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/3918/)
Super Mario Bros 3 (https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/4345/)
I haven't been able to find any fun themes for Thunderbird on the Mozilla website. So I guess this is a two-part question:
1) Are there Thunderbird themes not on the Mozilla website?
2) Are any of them fun... and, if so, which ones?
