You may have already seen this, but in response to Microsoft claiming that Linux contains Microsoft Intellectual Property, this site challenges MS to come up with the proof:

I think that this is important, as I wonder how Microsoft will react to the increasing market share of Linux in the near future. This may affect us all.

Heh. Good luck with that. Why should MS pay any attention? They are doing what they have always done, to spread FUD about perceived threats to their monopoly. They don't have to be specific, and it is not in their interest to do so. Their strategy still appears to be working: to ignore you and me, while busily bricking up the exits from windows-land so no more of their captive users can escape. So far as I can see, most of the captives seem happy with their lot. Sad but true.
