anyone have any suggestions for something new or fun to do with ubuntu i have


384 mb ram

700 Mhz prossesor AMD not 64 bit

NVIDIA GeForce 2 Pro (well supported by the driver

every window manger under the sun....

Lol, beyrl? Beryl will keep you ocupied for quite awhile, especialy if your card is so old it uses legacy drivers :P

try using your machine in console mode, only. lynx, mutt, mp3blaster, nano, etc. there's even some framebuffer thing you could mess with (don't ask me about this last one. i don't even know wtf it is).

also i do know what beryl is i just didnt know what you were trying to get at by posting it as obviously the requirements are much too high for my comp

256mb ram
733 intel processor
