Last Fm audio scrobbler - no soundcard available

I installed the latesst last-fm player, but it doesn't scrobble anything!
When I try tuning in to a radio, I get the error "No soundcard available", and I guess this is the core of my problem. i'm using the latest alsa-beta-drivers for my soundcard. In the options of the scrobbler I cannot choose any card.

Any suggestions?

The latest alsa-drivers are the only ones who's given me sound on my jacks, so I don't wanna loose them..

I've switched to amarok-player, and I'm very satisfied with it. It's got the scrobler built in, so now I don't need the acrobbler-software from last fm :)
