Irc can't register on rizon network; Help me get a gmail account?

I'm wanting to register my nickname on the irc rizon network. Some networks don't let me register because I use a hotmail account.

I don't want to get an email from my isp because my isp sucks and is annoying. Maybe I could use a gmail account? How can I register at gmail?
