US Univ. Offering Linux as Graduate Studies??

I am planning for my MS in the US, and was wondering if there
were universities catering to Major in Linux System/Server Admin.
or something of that kind. I personally feel that graduating in Linux
is much better than getting certified by RH or Ubuntu.

I'm going to graduate school at Virginia Tech for Computer Science. If you want to get a Masters here you either do course work only or you do a thesis. You don't really have a "major" when you get an MS, but a focus. So if you wanted to base your thesis on open source development or something like that you certainly could, but it would be your own project and you'd have to find a sympathetic professor. As for classes though, we don't have any that are specificly called "Linux Admin" or anything, but in some of the networking classes you definitely have to do some.

There are some for-profit schools like Devry that might give out Linux admin degrees, but I doubt non-profit schools do this. Maybe some schools will give you some kind of certificate for taking some classes like server administration, but not a Masters degree.
