I am just looking for some input on how important certifications are in the IT field. I am currently studying for my CCNA and I think this a good cert to have, but I am not so sure about others. I am also not sure what cert to get next, but I was thinking about getting my MCSE. Are the CompTia ones worth my time (Linux+, A+, Net+). Are certifications even worth my time.
Anyway your ideas are welcomed, especially from those holding network admin/engineer/management etc... positions. Thanks.
