Where to buy in New York USA

I am currently living in New York and I would like to buy Ubuntu because of my laggy Internet connection. I heard that you can buy a 6DVD package but I can' find a store here in NY.
Does anybody know whether there exists a computer store here in NY specialized on LINUX or whether there is a huge Computer Store/ Chain here?
I tried CompUSA but I didn't find anything.

Are you sure they were talking about Ubuntu, and not another Linux distro? Ubuntu actually fits on 1 CD, not 6 DVDs.
