Are you on aim right now?

Reason I ask is, all day long I spent time on this computer trying to get it to work. I almost went back to windows, it was THAT bad! Finally I just reinstalled EVERYTHING (my boot loader was so messed up).

But as I got ubuntu edgy working, I began to realize I couldn't get on aim. Then I realized that the other computers in the house weren't working either.

I've tried:

Three screen names.
Three operating systems. (xp home, 2kpro, ubuntu)
Four computers.
AIM 5.9, AIM 6.0, GAIM 1.5, GAIM 2.0 beta.

All don't work.

However, I can get on AIM on my PDA. I'm posting on other forums and those people are telling me they can get online.

What in the world? I'm confused...

I use both Gaim and Kopete, they both work for me.

I just had to reset my router. Now gaim works. I don't know why though, I could surf the web and do whatever else, but it was just aim that was messed up. Now it's fine.

Meh, oh well.
