Well I'm getting an aerial set up today but none of my three TV cards work in Linux (thanks manufacturers) so if I decide to switch to Windows to do it I may.

I totally agree. TopGear is great show. They show it on Speed Channel here in the US.

Funny I've never found a tv card that didn't work with linux, perhaps you have new ones. I always get second hand ones because they have always worked in the past and picked up my land ladies one for £5, worked out of the newspaper wrapper so to speak.

I'd like to see this video too links anyone?

Heh, just finished watching the show here. Very good.
The crash itself was right at the end, and to be honest, didn't look that spectacular. The distance from the camera must have made it seem slower than it really was. It certainly didn't look like almost 300 mph.

Still, good to see Richard back on our screens, he really is a hero.

Ok, just recorded it in DVB-T original format (the entire episode) only problem is is that it's 1.6GB. Soooo, who wants to host? :p

Can't you crop it to the first 5 minutes (for the entrance) and the last ten?
