Yes you can install it via synaptic, just search for glade-gnome and select it....
Don't really know about tutorials, I'm looking for one myself....

Hi,
the help of the ubuntu glade version is good. However, some tutorials are here:
http://www.linuxjournal.com/article/6586
http://home.wtal.de/petig/Gtk/glademm-guide.html
or a gtk guide (glade is the user-friendly interfase):
http://www.codeproject.com/cpnet/gtksharpguide.asp
By the way, my applications are in fortran, please, any of you know which libraries should I install to allow glade to deal with fortran?
Best regards,
Gustavo

You might find this (http://ruby-gnome2.sourceforge.jp/hiki.cgi?ruby-glade-create-template) helpful
