How do I make a dvd iso in Windows?

How do I make a dvd iso from a dvd disk in Microsoft Windows XP with free software?
Like in Ubuntu we have the command:
sudo umount /dev/cdrom
dd if=/dev/cdrom of=file.iso bs=1024
What free software do I need to do this?

and you will find many many entries (freeware and shareware etc ).

As I do not use Windows I am afraid I have not tried any I could actually recommend :)
