Request for LoCo Kentucky forum

I'd like to request the creation of a forum for use by the Kentucky LoCo Team members.

1. Project listed on the LoCo team wiki at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LoCoTeamList: OK
2. Preferred domain prefix: ubuntu-ky.ubuntuforums.org
3. LoCo team name: Ubuntu Kentucky Team
4. Forum moderator (one for now): etank

I am also confirming I am registered contact person for this LoCo Team as per the listing on the https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LoCoTeamList wiki page

To follow that naming convention being set by other LoCo teams, would it be possible to change the domain name from ubuntu-ky.ubuntuforums.org to ubuntu-kentucky.ubuntuforums.org? If I am right then that is just a dns change and all of the current posts will still be there.
