Hello, all.

I am using Gnopernicus on my sony laptop to enable full screen magnification. It works nicely.

I was wondering if there was any way that I could change the magnification level by using a keyboard short? I would like to increase magnification with a short cut such as ALT+PLUS, and decrease magnification with a short cut such as ALT+MINUS.

Thanks for the help.

How do you get it to come up on boot?

Hello,

There is an option in the Assistive Technology Preferences panel to make it startup on login: menu
System->Preferences->Accessibility->Assistive Technology Preferences

If you are the only person using the computer, you might consider enabling automatic login in the security tab in the "Login Window" preferences under the System->Administration menu.

Making the login more accessible is one of the targets for feisty.

I hope somebody else will be able to help you more.

The only info I could find on keyboard shortcuts for gnopernicus and the magnifier is here:
http://tinyurl.com/2cp368
and it mentions using Gnopernicus' layered keypad, then typing keystrokes to decrease horizontal or virtical range, or "x" and "y". That link will take you to an overview of the magnifier.

Hope this helps,
Teresa
