Hi,

I'm (yes... a linux newbie, so to speak), but I know bits and bobs and my way around the terminal etc, quite proud of myself for getting off my **** and making the switch from Windows!

I've followed the instructions to get Ubuntu 6.06LTS installed all LUKS encrypted (using this tutorial: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/EncryptedFilesystemHowto5), but me being me, want to upgrade to 6.10, even though there isn't that much of a difference...

My question is (because I tried encrypting my 6.10 installation with LUKS and Ubuntu broke)... if I use the "upgrade ubuntu" feature to upgrade from 6.06 to 6.10... is everything going to go ****-up? (i know that mkinitramfs or whatever it's called has had its folders renamed in between builds!)

Did I make any sense whatsoever there? ;)
