did u reboot? try rebooting with a dinner..
if reboots fine, for a couple of days don't install-uninstall anything and most of all DO NOT PLUG YOUR USB PEN!
this will do the trick, when the system will ask you "please insert your usb pen" then is like new
in case is still crashed im sorry but the only way is reinstalling!
