Anybody know where I can find Ubuntu fonts?

Hello, I'm currently using windows XP at the moment, and I'm creating some pics for the gallery, but I need the Ubuntu font, but I can't find it on the internet, because Google gives the stupidest results for Ubuntu Font, I know how to install fonts and what-not, but I just need somebody to help, your effort will be rewarded.

why would you want(or need) to be using XP for? you haven't got a gun pointed to your head or something have you? :D.

I like making art for the Ubuntu Gallery, but there's some stuff I can't do in just Gimp, so I use Photoshop CS 8 and Fireworks MX 8 to fill the gap, sorry for using proprietary software, but I use it just for that (and my job).
