Il semble que la vidéo ne marche pas dans une communication EKiga ↔ WengoPhone car Ekiga utilise le codec vidéo h261 et WengoPhone le h263.
meaning: Video compatbiltiy between ekiga and wengophone is very likely to work... :( :(
In Linux, we are still not perfect with VOIP & Skype communications... unfortunately ...
Have you a list of protocols used of chat/video software ?

audio : SIP & H323
video : video codec h261
chat: only from ekiga to ekiga
online status: online status only from ekiga to ekiga
Account: all voip account can be added (ekiga, gizmo, wengo ...)
Conference: sip:501XXXX@ekiga.net where XXXX is the number of your choice representing the number of the room. ( ekiga users only ?? )
Wengophone 0.95 :
audio : SIP & H323

Wengophone 2.0 :
Account: all voip account can be added (ekiga, gizmo, wengo ...)
Skype:
audio and video proprietary
the reference for windows, but not for linux
