Specialised interface for Gaim

I was wondering if anyone knows of a specialized interface for Gaim suited for internet cafe terminals. I am imagining a simple sign-in window that anybody can use. It should not require the whole pocess of manually adding an account, and it should ask for the service, login, and password every time.

Does anyone know if this exists, or what kind of similar setup is being used in the internet cafe market?

This isn't for Gaim, but Meebo.com does what you want though a web-based interface. All you'd need to do is bookmark it.
