I get about several additions to my lists every day.

I have different handles for my personal & forum contacts though.

Only one set of these handles (e.g. pricechild@ubuntu.com) is found on the forums, and so I keep my personal set clean. PLUS i keep the ability to "turn off" linux whenever I wish.

If I were you I would just block them.
