Anyone tryed this one ? I read that you can pay 3 month only and still use it after 3 month ? Can anyone confirm that ?

Yes you can. You just won't able to update. After fighting with Cedega for three months, and the small amount of games that would play under Cedega, wine or Crossover is a person's best shot.
